Refund and Returns Policy

Returns 

ITEMS THAT ARE FINAL SALE:

Due to the intimate and sensitive nature of these items, they are ineligible for returns. 

Eligible merchandise can be returned to The Kinky Bitch Boutique for store credit or refund within 7 days of purchase. Returns must be in the original condition in which they were received (unwashed, unworn, and with the original tags & packaging). Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange (see list of final sale items above). Refer to the full return policy for more detail and exceptions. 

We will issue a store credit or refund for eligible returned items, as well as associated state tax. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the error was on our end. 

All products marked 50% Off or more cannot combine discounts. 

Items returned in an unsellable condition will be disposed of and no refund or store credit will be issued. 

The Kinky Bitch Boutique does not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size, we recommend you place a separate order and request a return merchandise authorization form. 

Halloween Costumes and Costume Accessories purchased between Oct. 15 to Oct. 31 are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All costume purchases made during this period is a final sale. 

Order Cancellations and Modifications 

We work quickly to get your items to you as soon as possible, so regrettably we are unable to make any changes to your order after it has been placed. This can include but is not limited to: 

  • Billing and shipping address changes 
  • Order Cancellations 
  • Order Modifications (Changing Sizes, Colors, Quantity) 
  • Retroactive application of a Promo Code 
  • Shipping method changes

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item Shipped 

We care about quality! Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our team at Nightly.Opulence@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery to notify us of the issue. Please include pictures of the defective item with your request so that we can take immediate action. A team member will supply you with a return merchandise authorization form and shipping label, as well as assist with replacing the damaged item. 

Should you receive the wrong item in your order, please contact our team at Nightly.Opulence@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to receive your return merchandise authorization, shipping label, and have your replacement items sent out to you. 

How to Start a Return 

To obtain a return merchandise authorization form, send an email to Nightly.Opulence@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase and provide the details of your return. Once you receive your return merchandise authorization # and have filled out the form supplied by our team, you can send your item back. A return shipping label will be supplied to you and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your return. 

You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 7-14 days (about 2 weeks) to receive and process your return. Bank processing times may vary. 

Non-returnable and non-resalable, include but are not limited to: 

  • Lingerie 
  • Hosiery 
  • Face Masks 
  • Clearance Items 
  • Items out of original packaging 
  • Items without tags 
  • Items that have been worn 
  • Items that smell of cigarettes, body odor, or perfume 
  • Items with makeup, glitter, or body lotion on them 
  • Items with human or pet hair 
  • Items that are soiled or stained 
  • Items that have been washed 
  • Items not purchased on KidaNightly.com 

Items returned in an unsaleable condition will be disposed of and no refund or store credit will be issued. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Nightly.Opulence@gmail.com and send your item to the address listed on the return merchandise authorization form.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address listed on the return mechandise authorization form.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
